Cliff Norman and Bob Sullivan jointly own High Cotton LLC, the developer of Vintage Springs. Norman has established a history of commitment to thoughtful, quality design and workmanship in Hattiesburg. The developers both care deeply about the community in which they live and work. It is out of this care that Vintage Springs has evolved.

To ensure that Vintage Springs is developed and maintained to the highest aesthetic standards, High Cotton LLC and the Vintage Springs Architectural Review Committee (ARC) have established certain architectural Covenants and Design Guidelines. Construction is subject to all codes and ordinances as adopted by the State of Mississippi, Forrest County, and the City of Hattiesburg, and all other pertinent regulations. The most stringent regulations will apply in the event of a conflict.

Vintage Springs has a particular architectural theme. All of the homes and landscapes within Vintage Springs are expected to employ high standards. High standards for design and construction will ensure architecture and landscapes that are suited to the site and to surrounding homes. The Design Guidelines specifically address design and architectural objectives.

By design and execution, Vintage Springs is planned to facilitate social interaction — a place where the essence of old Hattiesburg is recaptured to provide a desireable and valued community for living.
